Can capricorns be passive people?

-Most of the time (if I go out), my cap friend always brings me along with her to these parties/events. Anytime, I decline an invitation, she gets more passive with the next invite so I never know if she's asking me to go or just telling me. All these parties aren't formal but just a friend or co-worker's birthday or a friend of a friend's birthday that are just at bars or clubs.



She asked me what I was doing this weekend and I replied, "nothing". Then he sends me these messages:

Friend: "oh, it's 'so and so's birthday"

Me: oh, i thought she was going to be out of town

Friend: we are all going out tomorrow night



And the thing is, she gets very awkward about me and this friend (who's birthday is this weekend) bc we dated the same guy but we don't have a problem with each other at all. We're very cordial. And I was at her birthday last year because (again) my close friend brought me along... so I'm not sure if she's inviting me or telling me... it just seemed so passive because she didn't say, "are you busy - do you want to come?" And I'm definitely not wanting to go if I'm not invited... I don't want to be rude or intrusive... is she inviting to go with her?im a capricorn but im a gangster a real gangster in the streets..i live in the hardcore alleys of the jungle you know what im saying i am about that life...al capone was a capricorn.and he killed somebody with a bat..so you know where my mind is at..scorpios ahaahahha the weak minded scorpio always yapping their mouth like little chickens ahahah
