Is it possible to have thoughts that feel like memories?

-I usually have this "thought" of a hill with a tree on top of it. At the bottom to the left, there's a small pond. The weather always overcast/cloudy. I've never been to such place nor would i know where to go to find this exact place. However, it feels like home to me. Somewhere i long to be and would feel comfortable. Do you have any similar things happen to you? What would you call what i'm experiencing?Scientists are finding out that the conscious mind is truly minuscule compared to the subconscious mind. I believe that in your past life this memory of yours was a place that you often went to when you needed tranquility and peace. I believe that memory is a treasured memory that slips through the subconscious and then your conscious mind becomes aware of the thoughts you are having, hence you call these thoughts "memories." And I do believe that they are memories. Memories of another time and place. You are not alone with having such memories. I too have had this exact same thing happen to me several times before in my life. Once I was riding in a car at night on a road that I had never been on before and I saw this beautiful cluster of trees and I could sense that I knew that area and that it had held happy memories for me. I could "feel" the presence of a gentle Native American Indian tribe that had belonged to in my past. Past life that is. Our spirit is immortal. There are those that scoff of the idea of reincarnation but about 85% of the world believes in reincarnation although the USA is not one of those places as yet, though there are many people here in the USA that are beginning to open up and believe in this past life experiences too.. Have you ever met someone and you feel "like you've known them all your life?" Well you probably have known them in one or more past lives. Have you also met someone and feel an immediate dislike for them? Our conscious mind may not remember, but our subconscious mind does remember and is letting you know that it is probably better to stay away from this person as you were probably mistreated by them in the past. Reincarnation explains so many things and truth is really simple. It can fill in the "gaps" of your life where you have a "knowing." such as you are experiencing. You never know, you just might find this treasured spot in this lifetime again. All of the information regarding astrology and reincarnation were taken out of the Bible so many years ago. Man has transformed the Bible many times throughout its entrance into our world. God didn't write the Bible. Man did. Enough of that. But keep this memory fondly placed in your mind and you may or may not find that exact place, but wouldn't it be wonderful if you did? And for that matter, it could possibly be your future home. We humans have psychic ability, particularly the water signs. But I do believe it is probably from a past life as you have already labeled it "home." Always seriously consider what pops into your mind and don't dismiss it as a random thought. We know so little about the brain at this time. But out brain knows "all" about us already. I can get lost in my daydreams. I imagine lotsa things..then for some reason, I feel deja vu when I familiarize myself with something happening. So, yes it is possible.
