Our house has bathroom(only used for bathing, toilet has been closed) at northeast corner , our house is locat?

-our house site is west facing and main door facing north, this is our rented house not own. is it correct to use the above bath room ? does it effect our financial condition and happiness.? since it is rented house does vastu affects the tenents also?Vastu effects your financial condition and happiness if the direction your rooms are facing is wrong. Whether the one living in the home is kid, young or old; tenant or owner it does not matter all those living in the house will have the effect.

I understand with this location u r having health or financial loss, u r finding youself heavy (lazy) to do any easy task. There could be disturbance in the family like unnecessary argument, wasting of time for no cause etc. etc.
