Please explain how to find my house number from this information?

I have been looking everywhere for how to interpret the numbers "4.55 R" as a House number. Can somebody please explain this to me, I'm dying to know which house my Chiron falls in. Thanks!This just means Chiron is 4 degrees (and 55minutes) into Leo; you can't find the house just by this. If you don't know your time of birth then all you can do is look at the descriptions for Chiron in the houses and see which one fits you best, (not what you want it to be though). That's very hard to do.
