When i will get a better job ?

-On 27-06-11 i had given examination 4 a better job. I passed that examination but there is some problem from company side for issuing my offer letter. I got frustrated with my present job. So i wanted to know that when i will get a better job ? My DOB is 18-sep-1984. Plz help me.soon

I just doubt that will adopt wrong method of earning money.some kind of dangerous profession.
